The following privacy notice is intended to provide you (meaning any of our actual or potential students, suppliers, individuals that browse our websites and individuals outside our organization with whom we interact) detailed information about the privacy of your information and how it's secured on SurgeU.com and our community site at community.SurgeU.com and our App (the "Site(s) and the Service") and any other websites owned and operated by Oxlo’s Inc. dba SurgeU (together "We" and "Us") and sets out how we collect and process your personal information. This privacy notice also provides certain information that is legally required and lists your rights in relation to your personal information. This Privacy Notice is not intended to apply to personal information collected during the recruitment of employees, for which there is a separate privacy notice.

We gather, use, and disclose information that allows us to: provide and administer the products and services that you request and enrolling you in programs you request and communicating with you about your use of our products and services; provide you the optimal experience with the Site(s) and the Service and to help us better understand what products and services you're most interested in.

We also collect your personal information to communicate with you and to manage your User account if you have one. To do this, we collect information that helps us understand your needs and preferences.

We may also collect information that you provide about others, such as through a refer-a-friend program or on a friend/spouse who may be attending a class or workshop with you.

If you provide information to us about someone else you must ensure that you are entitled to disclose that information to us and that, without our taking any further steps, we may collect, use, and disclose that information as described in this notice. Fulfillment of services.

We collect and maintain personal information that is voluntarily submitted to us during the use of the Sites and/or our Services. We use the contact details which are provided to us so that we can fulfil the supply of services which have been ordered from our Sites. We will use contact information to send you service-related communications relating to these orders. This includes your purchase of services, your attendance at events hosted by us and the processing of returns and refunds. We do not store your payment details and all payments you make to us are done via our suppliers of payment processing services.

  • We subscribe to Google Analytics which is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Our Site(s) contains links to other websites that we do not control. This privacy notice does not apply to these linked websites. The fact that we link to a website is not an endorsement, authorization, or representation of our affiliation with that third party. We do not exercise control over third party websites.

Accuracy of your personal information

It is important that the personal information we hold about you is accurate and current and we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that this is the case but we do not undertake to check or verify the accuracy of personal information provided by you. Please keep us informed if your personal information changes during your relationship with us either by logging onto your account on the website or by contacting us. We will not be responsible for any losses arising from any inaccurate, inauthentic, deficient, or incomplete personal information that you provide to us.

How long we will store your personal information for

We will store your personal information for the time period which is appropriate in accordance with our data retention policy.

Requirements on you to provide personal information

If changes are made to this privacy notice, these changes will be promptly posted on our Site(s) and a notice will be posted onto the SurgeU and community homepages at SurgeU.com and community.SurgeU.com informing you of such a change. Our Notice Towards Children

Neither the Site(s) nor the Service are directed to persons under 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personally identifiable information without their consent, he or she should contact us at privacy@SurgeU.com. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18 without parental consent. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal identifiable information without parental consent, we will delete such information from our files and terminate that individual's use of the Service.
